1. Who is responsible

AXIS Creative Production Limited (啟衡創意製作有限公司) is responsible for the personal information it decides to collect and use for this website and related enquiries. For questions about this policy or your information, please use the contact details below.

2. Information and purposes

If you contact us by email, telephone or a messaging platform, we receive the contact details, correspondence and event information you choose to provide. We use relevant information to answer enquiries, discuss proposals and manage agreed services. Providing initial enquiry information is voluntary, although we may be unable to respond without suitable contact details. Please minimise personal information about guests or other individuals at this stage.

Our email buttons open a draft in your own email application, with prompts for your title, name, email address, phone number (including country or area code) and message. You may edit or remove optional details before sending. The website does not submit or store the information you type into that draft. AXIS receives your enquiry only when you choose to send the email.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website. The public website does not provide a CMS login or store visitor accounts.

We use information only where there is an applicable lawful basis, such as consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of an agreement, a legal obligation or another basis permitted by the relevant law. We do not treat a website visit as blanket consent to marketing or overseas transfers.

3. Cookies and website features

The public website has no visitor registration or enquiry submission form, live-chat service, advertising tracker or customer membership account. It does not set a CMS session cookie. Hosting security features may use essential cookies depending on the settings enabled. We will review this policy before adding analytics or other data-collecting features. The separate offline editing file stores content on the editor’s own device and is not the public website.

4. Service providers, sharing and overseas processing

The hosted website uses Cloudflare for hosting, content storage and security. We use Google Workspace for business email. If you choose WhatsApp or WeChat, the relevant platform also processes information under its own terms. We may share the information needed with suppliers involved in an agreed event, subject to appropriate arrangements, or where law requires disclosure. We do not sell your personal information.

These services may involve storage or access outside Macau. Before transfers that require a notification, authorisation or other safeguard, AXIS must identify the applicable legal route and complete the required steps. Publication of this policy does not replace those requirements. Specific project data, guest lists or sensitive information may require separate notices and handling arrangements.

5. Retention and protection

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, applicable legal obligations or handling claims. We review obsolete enquiry records and supplier access. Website revisions and image originals may be retained privately to restore earlier content. Removal from a live article does not immediately remove its backup copies; requests affecting personal information must also be reviewed against retained versions.

For the hosted website, we use HTTPS, access controls and restricted administrator access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information has been exposed or misused.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your information, ask us to stop marketing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or ask about objection, restriction or deletion rights. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We will explain if a legal obligation prevents a requested deletion. You may raise concerns with Macau’s Personal Data Protection Bureau or another relevant authority, including Hong Kong’s Privacy Commissioner where applicable.

We will use personal information for promotional contact only after checking the applicable requirements. You can ask us to stop by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting the email above, without charge. This does not stop necessary correspondence about an existing enquiry or contract. Where Hong Kong’s rules apply, we will honour an unsubscribe request within ten working days and retain the required suppression records.

7. Updates

Material changes to our data practices will be reflected in this policy and communicated where legally required. The English and Traditional Chinese versions are intended to express the same meaning. Please contact us if you need clarification.

託管及保安供應商 Cloudflare 可能處理 IP 地址、請求時間、瀏覽器資料及保安事件等技術資訊，以提供及保護網站。公開網站不設 CMS 登入，亦不儲存訪客帳戶。

我們只會在存在適用合法依據的情況下使用資料，例如同意、按你的要求採取訂約前措施、履行協議、法律義務，或相關法律容許的其他依據。瀏覽網站不等於概括同意接收推廣或將資料轉移至境外。

網站上線後使用 Cloudflare 作託管、內容儲存及保安用途；我們使用 Google Workspace 處理業務電郵。若你選擇 WhatsApp 或 WeChat，相關平台亦按其自身條款處理資料。就已議定的活動，我們可能在適當安排下向參與供應商提供所需資料，或依法披露。我們不出售你的個人資料。

5. 保留與保障

我們只在相關目的、適用法律義務或處理申索合理需要的期間保留資料，並檢視過時查詢紀錄及供應商存取權限。網站版本及圖片原檔可能以非公開方式保留，以供還原。從已發佈文章移除內容不會即時刪除所有備份；涉及個人資料的要求亦須檢視所保留的版本。

已上線網站使用 HTTPS 加密連線、存取控制及受限制的管理員權限。任何系統都無法保證絕對安全。如你認為資料已外洩或遭不當使用，請盡快聯絡我們。

6. 你的選擇與權利

在適用法律規定下，你可要求查閱或更正資料、停止推廣、撤回作為處理依據的同意，或查詢反對、限制處理及刪除資料的權利。我們可能需要適度資料以核實要求。如法律義務令我們不能按要求刪除，會作出說明。你亦可向澳門個人資料保護局或其他相關主管機關提出關注；在適用情況下，包括香港個人資料私隱專員公署。

我們只會在核對適用要求後，使用個人資料作推廣聯絡。你可回覆「取消接收」或聯絡上述電郵，免費要求停止；這不影響既有查詢或合約所需的必要通訊。香港相關規則適用時，我們會在十個工作天內處理取消接收要求，並保留所需的停止聯絡紀錄。

資料處理方式有重大變動時，我們會更新本政策，並按法律要求作出通知。英文與繁體中文版本旨在表達相同意思；如有需要，請聯絡我們釐清。
